How To Order Online

Choosing a Product:

1. Find the products you wish to order from the menu (eg: Indoor Mirrors, Outdoor Mirrors, Forklift Mirrors etc.) or use the Help Me Choose tab.
2. Choose the model and size product you wish to buy by clicking on the picture.
3. In the Qty box, enter the amount of items you wish to buy.

How to Order and Pay:

1. Click on the Add to Cart button on the product page.
2. Click on the Shopping Cart button (top right corner, blue circle with a picture of a bag).
3. Click on the CHECKOUT button.
4. Select Register Account if you plan to re-order, or select Guest Checkout if it is a one off purchase.
5. Enter your Billing and Shipping details.
6. Shipping is Free for all items, click CONTINUE
7. Choose to pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. (If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, we will email an Invoice to you for payment).
8. Tick the Terms and Conditions Box.
9. Check your Order Details. Click CONFIRM ORDER. (Credit Card payments will be transferred to Windcave Secure Payments website to enter your Credit Card information. Note, we do not keep any of your credit card details)
10. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Dispatch:

1. Credit Card payments are received straight away, so orders are dispatched the same day (if received by 11:00am and are stock items)
2. Bank Transfer orders are dispatched when the payment is received into our bank account (this can take up to 2 - 3 days)
3. Small to large items are sent with PBT Couriers. 2-5 Days for most North Island Centres, 3-7 Days for South Island (no weekend deliveries).
4. Extra Large items (eg: 1000mm, 1200mm) are sent with PBT Transport (no weekend deliveries).
5. Rural Delivery, allow an extra 2 - 3 days depending on your local provider.
